What adjective is correct? I've been to a year's /yearly/annual music festival at Glastonbury.

Yearly or annual. I would choose annual.

Yearly and annual would be used interchangeably. Year's would be possessive of "year." You would use that to maybe say "I went to this year's music festival." Or you could say: "I went to the annual music festival." Or: "I've been to the annual music festival."
