This depends entirely on your current level, specific communication goals, and individual learning style. Obviously, I don’t have that information, but in any event, I would suggest the best method is the one that you enjoy the most. If you find yourself feeling less than enthusiastic, or heaven forbid, nodding off, that’s not the right method.
