They are both correct but have subtly different meanings. "everything" = the full range, all things. I am thinking about the whole group of things. "anything" = I am thinking of only one thing at a time. But whatever thing you tell me about the UK, I like it. Quanto a me, mi piacciono molte cose che hanno a che fare con Italia e il Regno Unito!
