Which one is OK? Or, what would you say? I mean I haven't ever met someone as I wanted. I don't have lucky with girls/boys. I don't have lucky about girls/boys.

I don't have much luck with girls. or I never have any luck with girls.

Philip’s sentences are correct, but I find using “luck” in this context ambiguous. To me it could mean 1) I haven’t met the one I want to meet. 2) I can’t make the one (or ones) I want interested in me. Or I don’t get a chance to actually let them get to know me. 3) My love life is always filled with difficulties. If you want to express it unambiguously, you could say for instance “I don’t have any luck with girls/boys/men/women. I never meet someone I really like.”
