Hi, Lolita You can use "always" as an adverb in present continuous: "I am always running out time when I write a test" "I am not always in the mood for practicing"

Both are fine: "He is always singing." "He is not always singing."

Hello Lolita, Yes you can use it in the present continuous. I am always late. He is always chewing gum. But it can also be used for positive: I am always on time. He is always polite. Always just indicates that something happens at all times. I hope this answers your question. Aleks
