prepared/preparing? treated as/treated like? Please look at these sentences: 1.The professor entered the room and seated himself in a chair, ________ for answering questions. I know the best answer is "preparing", but I am just wondering if the following phrasings can fit the sentence? prepared?having prepared?being prepared? 2.-Were they good to you during your stay there? -Sure!
