Is this correct sentence 'This time is all yours.'? (I rewrite the subject below.) Does this sentence make sense? 'This time is all yours.' I am native Japanese. I have a language exchange partner who is native English speaker and is going to take a Japanese language exam on 4th December. Since the exam is upcoming, I would rather help my language exchange partner than practice my English. I do not need 'speaking English time' on next meeting via Skype. So that my language exchange partner can prepare the exam better.

Oh so what your saying is, is it best to just work on helping your partner speak japanese rather than your partner help you with english because of the upcoming Japanese exam. In that case I agree with you. You should definitely help your partner practice Japanese.

Im not entirely sure what it is you might be asking. Are you asking should you practice your English before the exam?
