"It recently opened up near my house" 는 한국말로 어떻게 말해요? I'm trying to say something like the following: Actually, it recently opened and it's very close to my house! ^^ I'm not sure which verb to use for "It recently opened". Is it 열다? In which case, would it be:

You could also say it using 열다 means both opening physically (intransitive and transitive) and a business or office opening to serve people. I think in Korean it works better without 사실은(actually) in this case. .
