Are they both ok? 'Robots will help do all the boring/easy jobs like washing dishes and making beds. Thanks

It is a correct and natural English sentence either way. In the sense of choosing the word and best expresses your meaning, "boring" might be better. We probably want robots to do the jobs we dislike. "Boring" jobs are unpleasant. "Easy" jobs might be fun. "Boring" is the opposite of "interesting." "Easy" is the opposite of "difficult."

Yes they can be used interchangeably. Though washing dishes may not be considered easy by some of us just ask my kids. :) Rob
