What is the present participle? How do you turn a verb into a present participle I've noticed 기/있다....? He is walking She is eating They are fighting I've only understood ㄴ/는 그 걷는다 그녀 먹는다 그들 싸우는다 ? are these the -ing forms if it was translated in English?

He is walking : 그는 걷고있다. or 그는 걷는 중이다. She is eating : 그녀는 먹고있다. or 그녀는 먹는 중이다. They are fighting : 그들은 싸우고 있다. or 그들은 싸우는 중이다. be verb + ~ing = ~(하)고 있다, ~(하)는 중이다.
