Can anyone help me find better ways to learn and study korean language better? It's been a while since i studied the language and have forgotten most of what i learned (which wasn't much to begin with).

I don't think watching dramas is an effective way of learning it, other than a way to train your ears. But for grammar, you need some proper curriculum. Try Talk to me in Korean. Either via their website, or the Memrise course. https://www.memrise.com/course/534607/every-ttmik-lesson-levels-1-10/ http://talktomeinkorean.com I can also recommend a good teacher. Byeongho was very effective for me, in teaching me grammar. https://www.italki.com/teacher/2870534

Might I suggest Korean TV shows that interest you. Make sure they have subtitles. You can start by learning phrases that you hear repeatedly. You should also spend the hour or two it takes to refresh your Hangul. That is just a start.
