Here's what the package says for instructions.
1. Thinly mince the onion and cabbage. Rinse and cut the green onion. Prepare crab meat by cutting it at 2cm lengths.
2. Rinse the rice cakes and boil them in a pan together with 100 cc (0.1 liter) of water.
3. When the rice cakes become tender, add the 떡복이 sauce, onion, cabbage, and crab meat. Then boil for another 3 minutes with medium heat.
4. Stir well, then add green onion and boil for 2 minutes at low heat to finish.
