Translate help? - Food Hi. I bought a package sauce because i'm trying to make Ddeokbokki. I tried my best on my own to study/translate the sauce guide/recipe but i'm still not that good at Korean.. If anybody has time can you translate to me? You don't need to translate everything. Just the most important ones. I have no idea how much Water should i add with the rice cakes before the sauce... Thanks! Picture: http://aijaa.com/UtMVYa

It depends on the condition of the rice cake. If it is soft it does not need much water. But if it is hard it needs more water. How about trying this ratio?; rice cake : water - 1: 0.7 After adding the saucer, you can add water if it needs.

Here's what the package says for instructions. 1. Thinly mince the onion and cabbage. Rinse and cut the green onion. Prepare crab meat by cutting it at 2cm lengths. 2. Rinse the rice cakes and boil them in a pan together with 100 cc (0.1 liter) of water. 3. When the rice cakes become tender, add the 떡복이 sauce, onion, cabbage, and crab meat. Then boil for another 3 minutes with medium heat. 4. Stir well, then add green onion and boil for 2 minutes at low heat to finish.
