Dose this sound natural in English ? I tried to get home by 5:00 pm but the traffic jam was horrible, it took me two hours tog get from the office to home. In normal, it takes only 1 hour.

It sounds pretty natural! The only things I would correct is the typo with 'tog get' which you meant 'to get', and when you say, 'In normal', it should be, 'normally'.
