Hi Anastasia! An aim is something you want to achieve by doing specific things. It's more formal in a way. Aims are used in business more often or any other formal place. A goal is something you hope to achieve in the future that may take some time. It's more often used in everyday life. You set goals for yourself, hoping to achieve them. I hope this helps:)

Assuming the context that you are referring to, they are interchangeable. Strictly speaking a goal is something you aim at, but the journey is as important as the destination.
