How foreign is your own world? Every day my mom comes home and see me listening to some Italian, English, Spanish, German, Russian and French songs, and she never says a thing. Today, I was listening to some Brazilian's and the first phrase she said from the moment she opened the door was: WHAT THE HECK IS THAT??? =| Her reaction is understandable, because since I my 14 I have been living in Brazil, but with my mind living in different countries. So it's hard for me to understand when somene tells me that it's hard to keep a foreign language living here. That doesn't happen to me. So my questions are: How hard is for you to bring another culture into your daily life even not living there?? And how do you keep it everyday?
