Is "All the best wishes" on new year cards Okay? I'm going to make original new year cards for 2017, and thinking to write down " All the best wishes in 2017". I just want to make sure if it's a natural way for a greeting! It would be nice if someone could tell me it's okay or weird, and let me know if there are better ways to say something like this! Thank you.

I would say: "All the the best for 2017" or "Best wishes for 2017".

If you are writing to a friend that is a student it is common to use 'goodluck with your studies for next year'. It makes it a little more personal and caring (:

Hmm, its ok to me. "best wishes for 2017" "all the best in 2017" "all the best wishes in 2017". Natural? i don't know. It's good enough for me unless i want to be picky.
