You generally don't need to include "price is" because if you include a currency's name after a number, it's usually pretty obvious that you're talking about its price. It's not wrong to include it, just not necessary.

"It's around 5000 yuan"
"It's five, six thousand yuan"
"It's between five and six thousand yuan"
"It's five thousand yuan, give or take."

All the above are fine.
