This apparently says "7. به هیچ عنوان طرفین حق اظهارغبن ندارند و خیار غبن از طرفین ساقط است " This refers to a technical and legal term which I am not really into but I can simply summarize this as: In a contract between some people in which this is written, if the price that is paid in exchange for something is less than the actual price, the law allows the owner of the thing to either cancel or accept the deal with that price. That is the meaning of 'خیار غبن', the ability to either cancel or accept the deal with the current price allowed by the law to the owner. This sentence simply mean that 'under no circumstances, anybody can claim this right and this right is invalid' ( only in this contract, of course! ) You can find more info about this on - https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/خیار_غبن - http://alifathilawyer.persianblog.ir/post/723/ hope this helps!
