Yes, that's absolutely correct, assuming that what you mean is "when people eat turkey, they usually eat it with cranberry sauce". I only say that because it's possible (although not reasonable) to interpret that sentence either as "when people eat cranberry sauce, they usually eat turkey with it" or "the usual thing that people eat is turkey-with-cranberry-sauce". Those are rather comical interpretations of the sentence, and it's very unlikely anyone would interpret it that way, and if they did it'd be as a joke.
