What it the meaning of 「ついてる」 in 「いろいろ機械がついてるでしょう。」 The whole dialogue is : 「お兄さん、お兄さん、あの機械はなんなの。」 「あれはね。いろいろ機械がついてる」 I tried to look for 「つく」 in the dictionary, but there are so many kanji attached to it, and so many meanings that I can't really make a reasonable choice. If I had to guess, I would translate it as : "There are a lot of different machines here".

In this context, 'つく' will mean 'to be attached.' What he meant was that there are many small machines or parts attached to a big one. I hope this helps you to understand the video.
