Can I say it laundry or not? I know if I say I do laundry, that means I wash my clothes in a public house, using the public washing machine. If I just wash my clothes at my home, using my own washing machine, can I still call it,"I do laundry at home"? I have been confused about it for more than a month. Could you explain this for me? Thanks a lot!

Yes, even if you wash your clothes at home, you can still say you're doing the laundry.

Yes you can certainly say that you do your own laundry at home. We do in Australia anyway. A few examples. "I'll go put the laundry on while you wash the dishes." "I'll just put the laundry on before we watch TV." "Did you put the laundry on already, I still have clothes to put in it?" "Have you tried the new laundromat around the corner?" she asked. "No. I do my laundry at home."
