My teacher needs to sign it off on Monday morning. Thanks. Actually, it's more likely that you need your teacher to sign it off rather than that the teacher needs to sign it off, so the second half could be: I need to have my teacher sign it off on Monday morning. or I need to get it to my teacher for sign off by Monday morning.
