You can say "he snubbed his schoolmates at parties". Perhaps he saw his schoolmates at parties, they wanted to chat, but he made it clear he did not want to chat. The use of "from" makes the meaning ambiguous and suggests that you have chosen the wrong verb.

It would be better to say "When sending invites to his party, he snubbed his poor schoolmates,"' if you mean that they were not invited to the party. If you mean that they were invited to the party, but he did not speak to them at it, then you should say "He snubbed his poor schoolmates at his party."
