行之愈笃 = the more you travel, the greater the understanding 则知之益明 = then you will be enlightened. 讲得一事,If you can speak of a thing 即行一事 then you should be able realize (cause to happen) it.

整句话是: 讲得一事,即行一事,行得一事,即知一事,所谓真知矣。徒讲而不行,则遇事终有眩惑。 ———— 王廷相 从整句话来说,“讲得一事”和“行得一事”是相对而言的,所以,“讲”可能要理解成人们常说的“只说不做”中的“说”。这里则相反,能说的清一件事,就去按照说的去做,也就是不要光说不做。
