Is it okay to use "count me out" in this conversation? A- How are you going to spend your holiday? B- I am going to lay down at home. A- Well, let's get together. C- Are you coming to my house? A- That's good idea. B- Count me in. D- Me too, anybody else? E- I am going. F- Count me out.

Yes, you can use 'count me out' to mean that you are not taking part. Also, see person A. It should read: That's a good idea.

You can, but it sounds slightly defensive or unhappy unless the speaker explains why he or she wants to be counted out.
