Jonathan's version is certainly the more common way to say it, but I think your version is OK too, particularly if you want to emphasise the 'all' - suggesting that it is a large quantity of food.

I think you probably intend "all by yourself" meaning "without help from another person". "All this by yourself" means "did you cook everything here without anyone else's help".
