No, these are not the same. "Get out of there!" is telling someone to leave a place. "Move it out of there!" is telling someone to remove an object from that place. If you want them to mean the same thing, then you need to add the word, "it," in the first sentence: "Get it out of there!" Now, this is also telling someone to remove an object from that place.
