these two sentences have the same idea, just different ways to express it.

Steven is correct. The answer you accepted is wrong (but admittedly not as wrong as that crazy guy's one! ;)

They mean the same but the word order in the second version is wrong - it should be "said the teacher strictly"

1st one could and usually in racket a place;the other one says that teacher must be angry suddenly almostly.
