Which expression is natural? :) Hi ~! there

Let’s imagine you are working in a Parking lot in Walmart.

Because of evening traffic jam and road construction..

Cars in the parking lot can’t move and go outside.

(The road is full of other cars and they are stuck in the parking lot)

Now, some people started to complain...[emoji][emoji][emoji][emoji]

In that situation what expression can I use?

Which one is natural and polite?

“I’m sorry that’s because there is traffic jam in rush hour now,

But we are doing our best

1) to make a flow of cars here

2) to unblock the road outside

3) to open up the road

4) to keep cars here moving ouside”

If you're doing an announcement or making a sign I would say: Due to rush hour traffic and construction work in the surrounding area, customers are experiencing difficulties in leaving our parking lot. We apologize for the inconvenience and are doing our best to keep the flow of traffic moving so you can exit our parking lot in an expedient manner. Thank you for your patience. If you're talking face-to-face to individual customers it might be too formal.
