Is following sentence correct? Hi there. Is the phrase "strong likelihood of offenders committing...." in below sentence correct? There is a strong likelihood of offenders committing further crimes after their sentence is over. Thank you.

I think it should be "There is a strong likelihood of offenders committing further crimes after their sentenceS is over."
