What is the different use of "volume" and "quantity"? When I want to make a sentence,I'm confused.So could you please tell me how to use "volume" and "quantity" correctly? Thanks a lot

Simply put, volume is the amount of space that something takes up. Volume is a type of quantity, and volume is often measured in liters.

Quantity is a property that is measured. For example - volume, density, time, length, temperature can all be expressed quantitatively.

If u can measure and count its quantity,but if u cant count (for example gas,cubic santimetres,lenght,height)its volume Hope I could explained my opinion))))

volume:the count of the cube of the object or gas. quantity:many ,much,or the count of all things ;the count of things keeping balance for its lews. Thanks God ,proud being the assistant for u.
