It's usual to say "at home", A good phrasal verb to use is "tidy up" which means to make a place tidy. With my couple is not right. A couple is two people. It would be natural to say partner, or perhaps boyfriend/ girlfriend or husband/wife. So: Some days I stay at home and tidy up. I order food with my partner.
