Бесполезнее; бесполезней; побесполезнее; побесполезней Hello. I would like to know what are the differences between these comparison forms and if the ей ending is common for other adjectives in comparisons. Thanks for your explanatinos beforehand.

The correct are Бесполезнее and побесполезнее; Бесполезней and побесполезней are a spoken forms. Yes the ей ending is common for other adjectives in comparisons. The differntce between Бесполезнее and побесполезнее is that побесполезнее is a much more useless

There are no words побесполезнее, побесполезней in Russian language. We say бесполезный, бесполезная, бесполезное, бесполезно (бесполезный совет, бесполезная книга, бесполезное занятие, бесполезно объяснять). Degrees of comparison : более/менее ( более бесполезное занятие, менее бесполезное занятие)
