"I want to start/stop doing sth" in German Hi. How would you tell, for example, "I want to start jogging every day" in German? Thanks.

Ich möchte jeden Tag anfangen zu joggen. Ich möchte jeden Tag mit dem Joggen anfangen. The meaning: You have the will, but not the power.

Ich möchte ab jetzt jeden Tag joggen. (literally: I'd like to go jogging every day from now on) or Ich habe vor, ab jetzt jeden Tag zu joggen. (literally: I intend to go jogging every day from now on) In German, the verb "anfangen" (to start, to begin) doesn't fit in well with "jeden Tag" (every day), so you'd replace it with "ab jetzt" (from now on).
