¿por qué no se pone signo de interrogación al inicio de una pregunta en portugués?

Sólo me ha tocado ver eso en español, en ninguno otro idioma. Lo curioso del caso es que muchas personas están acostumbradas a usarlo solamente al final. Creo que les da flojera escribir correctamente.

Hola Fernando, Estas en el foro de preguntas sobre idioma español, por lo que te comento que en esta lengua se abre y se cierra una pregunta o una exclamación con sus signos respectivos. El por qué de que se haga así es muy simple: es una convención arbitraria. Te recomiendo leer:

En textos informales es común que no se coloque el signo de apertura, esto también por convención. Saludos!
