Can you explain this? *** I'll have it done soon. *** Who is going to do it? Me or somene else? Or both?

It is not clear who is going to do it. If the speaker wanted to say she was going t do it, she could have said,"I'll do it soon." However, the speaker is taking responsibility for "it". The speaker might do it herself, or she might ask or tell someone else to do it for her.

Well, the question is about finding out the person that is going to do an action very soon ( in the future because of the verb (going to). There is an addition wondering if I am the person that is going to do the action or anther person? or both of them. Hope this is helpful
