Does "titles" mean "texts"? I read an e-book which is provided by The Oxford Bookworms Library. The last chapter of About, shows "All Stage 1 titles are available as audio recordings, as well as over eighty other titles from Starter to Stage 6." - Does this titles mean texts? Thanks!

Yes. "Title", especially in the context of book lists or movie lists, is often used synecdochally (pars pro toto or "part standing for the whole") for an entire book or movie. Another example, from an advertisement: "Looking for the latest blockbuster movies? Our store has hundreds of titles!" (i.e. hundreds of DVDs).
