How about "My English listening skills are not very good." Best wishes Bob

My listening skills in English aren't real good. I can't think of a better way to say it that doesn't sound awkward or inelegant.

In the context of describing your level of listening comprehension in the English language then it is OK. But as a native speaker I would say 'I'm bad at listening to English'.I hope that helps.
