Bonjour Marie, Je pense qu'il y a des fautes d'orthographe dans les mots suivants: المنوبة، امتنح، المطلب، ابيه. Si c'était: النائب، امتنع، المُطالب، ابنيه. Le sens serait: Malgré l'insistance de l'adjoint, le demandeur a refusé de conclure un acte de marriage légal entre lui et elle pour régler la filiation de ses enfants mineurs.
