Which sentence is correct here? Only one person can find the right words for motivating me shopping. or this one: Only one person can find the right words to motivate me to do shopping.

"Only one person can find the right words to motivate me to do shopping." This is the correct form. I'm not sure whether you really mean "do shopping", "do the shopping" or "go shopping". These have slightly different meanings.
