What would you say politely when it's actually not ok? As title. I realized that I say " it's ok" even when I actually don't think it's ok, because I don't know how to say it politely without hurting feelings.

It depends on the situation. Even if we are not okay with something, we usually say "It's okay. "or "It's not a big deal. " or "Don't worry about it." to be polite. If you give me the context, I could give you more specific responses when you still want to respond politely, but state that you're not okay with something.
