How do you say "Cuadro de honor" and "Escolta del estandarte de la ciudad" in English? In my country, we usually refer to the best students in high school by saying that they belong to the "Cuadro de honor" and there are different rankings, one of them is called "Escolta del estandarte de la ciudad". I'm unsure if there is something similar in English speaking countries.

belonging to the "cuadro de honor" would be being on the "honor roll" in the U.S.
