The 'her' suggests that it is her lunch break which she is entitled to, and the 'now' emphasises the difference between the present moment when she isn't available and a later time when she will be.

It is correct, but I would just say: She's having lunch. Present continous implies that she is doing it now. And you would basically assume that she eats her own food. It's not worth mentioning it unless she ate someone else's food.
