Is this ok?I like to live in high floors because it has a great view. For example, I prefer to live on the 19th floor instead of 3rd floor. How do I put it naturally? Thanks

The preposition should be live 'on' high floors. So you live in an apartment on a high floor. Do you see the difference?

Yes - that sounds fine. To be totally correct add the article 'the' 3rd floor

er, you changed form "in" to "on". "On" is good for floors. "In" is good for apartments.
