The first sentence is grammatically correct. If I were writing the sentence I would probably say something like, “They speak pidgin English, using the grammar and pronunciation of their native languages.”

A pidgin is a greatly simplified language for basic communication between group. A pidgin English is the correct term. Pidgen-accented English is not the correct term.
