She is highly likely to / he is keen on her doing, do these structures make sense ? The full sentences are Sue is highly likely to use e-banking having seen how easy it is Amelie said She was not keen on her daughter moving to Spain. It is only possible to reach his cottage on foot. Could I have them corrected if they are wrong? Thank you

The first sentence doesn't have a period at the end. The "S" in "She" should be lower case.

The only issue I see is that "She" in the second sentence should not be capitalized.
