Very good! Only one small error. (about it lastly => about recently or => about last time) Good Morning Dr. Smith, Regarding the paper which we talked about RECENTLY, would it be possible for us to meet with you to discuss it on Sunday at 8:00? Regards

"which we have talked about lately." "meet you"

It looks like an email, so the format can be corrected. In terms of grammatical errors, I would say, " which we talked about LAST TIME, would it be possible for us to meet YOU to discuss ABOUT it on Sunday AT 8.00 AM/PM" The wording is not bad but to make it more accurate I would change the structure of the sentences. Good luck!
