The sentence needs a verb for it to make sense, so we can't answer you well. "behaviour" is an uncountable noun (except in some scientific contexts). So "a behaviour" is not right. If you define "behaviour" after the noun e.g. ...of animals, then you need "the" (e.g. "the behaviour of animals is sometimes unpredictable".)
