How about " it's the most-liked sports in china ." By the same token , is it ok to say " it's a well-liked sport in china " How about " This sport enjoys the greatest popularity in china " does it sound weird in spoken English ? Thanks a lot !

Yes, you can say all of the above. However, "well-liked" means popular, not the most popular. Also remember to say 'sport' not 'sports'. And China with a capital C. You asked if the last sentence sounds "weird" - not weird, but just very formal. You could also say "the favourite sport in China".
