Not the same. I got all fixed up for the party = you’re describing yourself, e.g. you got ready or dressed up for the party "I fixed everything up for the party” doesn’t sound quite right, but if you said this to me I would assume you meant that you got everything ready for the party, e.g. you cleaned the house, bought the food and drinks, etc.
